Industry Visibility: The RVAI will maintain a publicly visible directory on our website. This list will be actively promoted to construction companies, developers, and local authorities, helping them easily identify qualified individuals and organisations who have completed the ETB course.
Professional Standing: Inclusion on the register serves as a benchmark of your competence and alignment with Irish building regulations (Technical Guidance Document F).
Fees and Maintenance:
There is a nominal registration fee of €100 per annum.
To ensure the register remains the trusted gold standard for the industry, listed individuals will need to complete a brief online refresher CPD (Continuous Professional Development) course annually. This ensures all registered members stay up to date with evolving standards, building regulations, and technical changes.
